Los Angeles is known for movie stars, the 2024 World Series winning Dodgers, and red carpets — but it’s also home to some of the most famous celebrity dogs. From fluffy companions spotted on Rodeo Drive to pups with their own Instagram followings, these four-legged stars prove that in LA, even pets can live like A-listers. In this article, we’ll introduce you to four of the most beloved Los Angeles celebrity dogs. Dog number 4 is the most popular one on this list!

Tuna the Chiweenie
Tuna has 2M followers on Instagram.
As per Tuna’s very own website:
“Tuna is a 14 year-old Chiweenie with an exaggerated overbite, recessed jaw and a magnificent wrinkly neck (a.k.a shrivelneck). He was adopted by Courtney in December of 2010 at a Farmers Market in LA when he was a four-month old puppy.”
Popeye the Foodie
Popeye (no not the cartoon character) has a 367K Instagram following. As well as a sizeable Facebook following.
According to Daily Mail, Ivy Diep found Popeye dirtily roaming around the streets of Los Angeles. Ivy likes to dress Popeye up in cute outfits as well as pose him around the tasty food of Los Angeles. I admire Popeye’s discipline as I would have a hard time stopping myself from eating some of the food he’s posing in!
Geordi La Corgi and Scotty
At nearly 600K followers on Instagram, the Corgi brothers are a dynamic duo. They also have a Facebook following at a whopping 110K likes.

Now we’re on to the most popular dog in Los Angeles. At 8.9M followers on Instagram, a Youtube channel with 243K subs, and a Facebook page with 1.3M likes.
This little pomeranian has been featured on Katy Perry’s music video “Dark Horse”.
